    Block 3: #7 is follicular cells (thyroglossal cyst)
    #27 is HA
    #36 is H (wernicke's is posterior temporal lobe)
    #42 is abnormal targeting into lysosomes (I-cell disease)

    Block 4 #3- congenital neutropenia
