    The answer is Unbalanced chromosome rearrangment. (translocation is the key word, but they omit it b/c then the answer would be too obvious.) Unbalanced translocation is also why she has had so many miscarriages, she must be a carrier of a unbalanced translocation.

    I think the DDx is either a protozoa (Metronidazole) or worms (Praziquantal), and since most common Giardiasis, Sx: foul-smelling, fatty diarrhea, and Amebiasis: bloddy diarrhea, doesnt match the vignette. It has to be a fluke/worm. The pic does look like a protozoa instead of a worms/fluke.

    she has PCOS. By definition insulin, Testosterone, LH all increases.

    35yo M with 6-month hx of burning abdominal pain 1 to 2 hours after he eats. Had black stools for 2 days. Sweating, light-headedness when he stands. CT shows 1-cm mass in the pancreas. Immunohistochemical labeling will show antibodies to which substances?
