The Path to NBME Practice Tests

As promised:

Go to: https://nsas.nbme.org/home OR google NBME Practice Assessments.

Log-in or make log-in username and password. (No, this isn't the same as your log-in you use to sign-up or check your board scores.)

Click on Purchase Services on the lefthand margin. (Yes, get your credit card out)

From the drop-down menu, choose an exam. For NBME shelf exams, it's "Clinical Science Mastery Series."

Then chose your exam from the list. No, they don't have family medicine, but forgo that shelf, it's pretty much like playing the lottery. And unfortunately they don't have emergency medicine (because that shelf is a B@#$H).

And there's also practice for Step 1, 2 and 3 there. Habla espanol!? Well they're also available in Spanish as well.
